Contacted Advanced Endoscopy Center to make an appointment for my 10-year follow up colonoscopy. Dr. Steven Fern performed my prior colonoscopy procedures. Dr. Erik Thyssen attempted 1st Day and performed my most recent colonoscopy procedure on the 2nd Day due to my cleansing being incomplete on Day 1. From scheduling to Day 1 and Day 2 Receptionist (Donna) to Pre Op Staff (Day 1 Emily and Andrew) and Day 2 (Ki, Marissa and Jody), OR Staff (Day 1 ?) and Day 2 (Emily, Tabie, and Wit), Recovery Staff (Day 1 ?) and Day 2 (Paula) and Day 1 and Day 2 (Dr. Thyssen), the entire staff were all extremely friendly, professional, and communicated how to successfully complete the procedure. I continued my cleansing with additional materials provided by AEC and with nausea prescription from the pharmacy. The 2nd Day Procedure went extremely well, and in 10 years, I will schedule another appointment with Dr. Thyssen. Thank you for your excellent service.

This clinic should boast about patients being top priority. All the staff are so helpful. Dr Thyssen is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He takes the time to listen to you and will work with you to insure you are knowledgeable and comfortable with what needs to happen.
This was a great experience of something no one likes to do. The prep for my colonoscopy was comparatively easy and the treatment by each and every person on the staff was sympathetic and understanding.

We all dread the whole colonoscopy experience, while the prep is never fun and probably never will be I was very pleased with my experience at Dr Singh’s office, the staff was wonderful, Dr Singh was very pleasant, everything was right on time. They have everything very finely tuned, highly recommend.
Dr. Root was so kind and professional. He took time to review my history and discuss so he could give me the best care. He and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident with their service. I would highly recommend if you are considering a colonoscopy.
